Our people are not ordinary.

Our people hold procurement degrees, business degrees, and just about everything in between. Some started out as management consultants; others cut their teeth in global conglomerates or jumped into start-ups. But all Proximites have one thing in common – the need to be part of something innovative, collaborative and game-changing.

Life At Proxima

We are frequently spread around at client sites throughout the UK and US, however we place a priority on getting together to share knowledge, collaborate, but most of all, have fun!

Social activities

We like to get together and let off steam. Our Bake-Off, Curry Nights and Table Tennis competitions are legendary.

Weekly lunches

We aim to get together at the end of each week to touch base, share successes and enjoy lunch with leadership.

Annual conference

We love a good party. The day is filled with team building activities from quad biking to paint balling. And the evening is all about dancing and karaoke.

Family forums

We host regular family forums which apart from sharing knowledge involves lunch and socials after work.
